This Privacy Policy describes how Spellwright Studios ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit spellwrightstudios.com, play guest combat on this site, or play Valor's Epoch, including its pre-release builds (together, the "Services"). These terms cover the game wherever it is available, including testing and store releases.

1. Summary

The publisher site is mostly static HTML. Guest fights at /play/ run in your browser and do not create an account or cloud save. Valor's Epoch uses account authentication, online game services and cloud saves. Mobile versions offer an optional Supporter Pack through the platform store and optional rewarded stamina ads when available. Ads on this website are off until we have AdSense approval. We keep the publisher meta tag so Google can verify the account.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

  • Support mail: If you write us, we receive the address and message you send.
  • Game account: If you sign in on Valor's Epoch, we collect identifiers from our auth providers (for example a Firebase user ID) and a generated public account name. Your public character and account names, appearance and presence may be visible to other players.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Website logs: Hosting may record IP address, user agent, and requested URLs for security and uptime.
  • Gameplay in Valor's Epoch: Game state needed for cloud save, inventory, and app events required to run the game.
  • Purchases: Google Play or Apple processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat and our game services receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers and purchase or entitlement status to grant, restore and validate purchases. We do not store your full payment card number.
  • Advertising ID: When optional mobile ads are available, Google AdMob and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, subject to your choices and platform permissions.

We do not request precise GPS location.

C. What guest combat does not collect

Website scenarios skip onboarding, Firebase auth, and cloud save. Closing the tab ends the fight. We do not keep a campaign file from /play/.

3. How we use information

  • Run the website and guest combat client.
  • Run Valor's Epoch, including authentication and cloud save when you use those features.
  • Answer support mail and honor deletion requests.
  • Debug crashes and improve stability.
  • Provide optional rewarded stamina ads outside combat, verify completed rewards and enforce daily limits.

4. Third-party services

We do not run in-game world-map tile requests or guild chat on this publisher site.

5. Advertising and cookies

Mobile rewarded ads are optional. Where required, Google’s consent form presents your choices before ads are requested. When available, the game’s Privacy options lets you revisit those choices. You can continue playing without watching ads. Ad availability may depend on your location, consent choices and the ad provider. Ad partners may process information in ways considered sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws; use the available privacy controls to exercise your choices.

Ads on this website are currently off. We still publish ads.txt and a google-adsense-account meta tag so AdSense can verify the publisher. When ads are enabled, Google may use cookies as described in their policies. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

6. Sharing

We do not sell account records for money. Advertising partners may process data as described in the advertising section, including activities defined as sharing or sale under some privacy laws.

7. Retention and deletion

See Account and data deletion for deletion instructions, or email paultroxel@spellwrightstudios.com with "Account Deletion Request" and any player ID shown in the game. We will delete or anonymize account-associated data, subject to records we must keep. Guest website fights have no account to delete.

8. Children

Valor's Epoch and this site are not directed at children under 13. Adult-restricted studio services, where they exist, are 18+. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

9. International transfers

Providers may process data in countries other than yours.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards. No transmission is perfectly secure.

11. Changes

We will post updates with a new "Last Updated" date.
